We start by getting underneath the whole business: my Business Diagnosis, an in-depth questionnaire, and your Intensive. Then we build the strategy from what's actually there.

The strategy is only the beginning. For the next 3 months, I'm inside the business with you... spotting what you're missing, challenging the decisions that need challenging, seeing opportunities as they emerge, solving what comes up, building what's missing.
